School is wonderful... Happy to be here. There's really not much going on right now. One of my roomies just knocked over a candle on the carpet, so I'm procrastinating on scraping it off by watching Repo! The Genetic Opera for the millionth time in the past week. It's suuuuch a good movie, even if it is a little reminiscent of Rocky Horror. I'm okay with that, tho

Still not much on the art front. I've been writing a lot... maybe i'll grow a pair and post my story on here sometime, even if most of it is bullshit writing done at 3 in the morning. Whatevs.

Hey all,

It's been a tough couple of weeks. STILL friggin sick, nothing new there. All I can do is "work on it", haha.

I don't know. Maybe it's because I've been home for such a long time now. Maybe it's the usual after-holidays downer that some people have. I'm ready to go back to school now, thank you very much, and home is getting very old, very fast. I'll be back in my dorm in a few day's time, thankfully. New classes, new people, new things to be excited about. Maybe. Hopefully. Whatever.

Still, though. I just, idk, I guess you could say dumped my last fling person thing, whatever he was to me. I'm not sure what he is to me in any sense of the word. A friend of mine summed it up for me really well- "If there was a facebook relationship status to describe your current state, it would be 'emotionally unavailible'." That sounds so terrible, now that I think about it lol.

I'm ranting a little. Maybe I should just cut myself off now, right there

Anywho, I'm working on a small portrait of Marilyn Monroe, just as something to keep me busy. I also had written a small intro-type thing to a short story that I've been expanding on. I'll put it up here soon, although it's nothing special. Not yet. Maybe someday

Happy holidays to everyone out there, hope your holiday season is going well

I've been fairly inactive in the art sense lately. I'm still very sick and haven't done much aside from sleeping.... not that I'm really complaining about that. It's all sorts of wonderful lol.

I got a wonderful new Prismacolor portrait set for christmas I can't wait to break 'em out. I need to do something. But, I've been telling myself that for weeks.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good read out there? I've blown through everything in my reach.

Hey all-

I'm still trying real hard to stay active and look at everyone's work on here, even if I really don't have anything of my own to post. Things have been going in their usual crazy nature, so I'm really just going along for the ride right now.

I'm at the end of my Thanksgiving break, with only 3 weeks to go til i'm home again for a month, for winter break. It was a very dull week at home- I found out that I'm sick with mono... again... which you're only supposed to be able to contract once. But, NOPE, I would be the lucky one to get it twice. No physical activity for the next three weeks... which means no riding, no gym, no running... I don't know what I'm going to do

Maybe I'll post some of the figure drawings we've been doing in class as of late. It's something....
